Sales Conditions
PREAMBLE:
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of guided tour services provided by Mr. William FAVIER (Sole Proprietorship) “Armand PARIS.”
The sole proprietorship William FAVIER “Armand PARIS” – Tour Guide, located at 26 rue Petrelle 75009 Paris, is registered under SIRET No. 98311923100014.
In accordance with current regulations, the guide holds the Professional Tour Guide Card No. GC 2475060P, issued by the Ministries of Tourism and Culture. The issuance of this professional card is subject to the conditions set by articles R. 221-1 and following of the Tourism Code.
By placing an order for a service, the client declares acceptance of the following provisions. The placement of an order implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as full legal capacity enabling the client to commit to these terms and conditions.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time, provided these modifications are displayed on the website www.armandparis.com.
The general terms and conditions are accessible at any time on the website www.armandparis.com and can be communicated upon request by the Client.
ARTICLE 1: ORDER AND RESERVATION
The reservation of the guided tour is made by email at contact@armandparis.com or via the contact form available on the website www.armandparis.com.
The pre-booking form does not bind the guide to any service; it is merely a request for a quote.
Following a reservation request, William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” commits to providing the Client with a detailed quote by email within 72 hours after receiving the request (business days).
The quote is valid for 30 days, subject to the guide's availability upon receipt of the signed quote.
The service is only confirmed after receipt of the quote dated and signed by the Client, and bearing the mention "Bon pour accord" (Good for agreement).
ARTICLE 2: RATES
The rate proposed in the quote includes only the guided tour service, unless otherwise stated in the quote. Only the services listed in the description of the quote are included.
Rates may be changed at any time, but services will always be billed based on the established quote.
The pricing information provided on the website www.armandparis.com is for informational purposes only.
Prices are expressed in Euros (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI).
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT TERMS
Payment can be made by bank transfer, PAYLIB, or in cash, excluding checks and credit cards, which are not accepted.
Payment for the tour must be made in one full payment, at the latest 7 days before the date of the service.
Payment for a service always results in the issuance of an invoice to the Client by William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS.”
Upon receipt of the payment, William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” will send a confirmation email summarizing all the necessary information for the proper conduct of the guided tour.
William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” will not be required to provide the guided tour service if the payment has not been made in full under the conditions outlined above.
Exceptionally, for reservation requests for tours taking place within less than 7 days, payment can be made on-site, by credit card or cash. The tour will always be subject to the signed quote and acceptance of the terms of sale.
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation of the service by the client after confirming the reservation and signing the quote, the refund conditions are as follows:

Cancellation made more than 30 calendar days before the start of the service: the order will be refunded at 50%.

Cancellation made less than 30 calendar days before the start of the service: the order will be fully due, and no refund will be possible.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 days after receiving the client's request, accompanied by their bank details.
A Credit Note will be issued by William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” to the Client.
No ticket can be refunded.
Any modification (change of date, time, tour, etc.) requested by the client after the quote has been signed may be charged €120 including VAT and will be subject to the guide's availability.
In the event of cancellation of the service by the guide, William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” undertakes to fully refund the service or to offer a postponement of the tour to a later date.
If the tour cannot be carried out for a reason beyond the guide's control (site closure due to weather conditions, strikes at the museum or site visited, exceptional closure...), solutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis: refund (partial or total), postponement of the tour, or change of the initial tour. No compensation can be claimed by the Client for non-performance.
ARTICLE 5: TOUR CONDITIONS
The guide agrees to be present on the date, at the time, and at the meeting point defined during the reservation.
The client must ensure their presence on the date, at the time, and at the meeting point defined for the start of the tour.
In the event of the client's delay, the guide agrees to wait for the client for a maximum of 30 minutes after the agreed time.
The duration of the tour cannot be extended in case of a client’s delay. If the client fails to show up and does not communicate within 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the tour, the tour will be canceled, and no refund will be possible.
Tours are maintained in case of rain.
ARTICLE 6: CONTENT AND CREDITS
William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” is only responsible for the content of the pages it publishes.
The texts and photographs illustrating the description of each tour are non-contractual and do not engage the responsibility of William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” in any way.
Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, of the elements constituting this site is prohibited without the prior consent of the publication manager.
Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes infringement and would immediately engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.
The content of the site may contain technical inaccuracies or omissions.
William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” disclaims all responsibility for the use of the information disseminated on its site.
In no event can it be held responsible for damages that may result from the use and interpretation of the information contained on the site.
William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” disclaims all responsibility concerning links created by other websites to its own site.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
The services offered by William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” comply with current French legislation.
In case of dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
During the tour, participants are under their own civil liability.
The responsibility of William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” cannot be engaged, particularly in the following cases:

Theft or loss of objects or valuables belonging to the Client or participants;

Physical or material accidents suffered by the Client or participants during the service;

Damages, direct or indirect, of any kind, that the Client or participants may cause to other participants;

Damage caused by the Client or participants to the museums or sites visited.
ARTICLE 8: CONFIDENTIALITY
Photos and videos may be taken by the Client during the tours, in compliance with the rules set by each museum.
If these photos and videos are posted on the Internet, the consent of all individuals photographed, including the guide, must be obtained in advance.
No audio or video recording of the tour is allowed.
ARTICLE 9: PERSONAL INFORMATION
William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS” commits not to disclose the data provided by the Client to third parties.
The data collected is strictly necessary for the proper handling of reservations.
In accordance with law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the client has the right to access information concerning them. Upon request, this information can be communicated and, in case of error or modification, corrected or deleted.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data is processed exclusively by William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS,” responsible for the processing of personal data.
The data processed includes: name, first name, postal address, telephone contact details, email address, nationality, and other information necessary for organizing the guided tours requested by the prospect or client.
The collected data is used to process booking requests, as well as for the occasional sending of emails such as newsletters and New Year greetings.
A link to unsubscribe will always be present in the emails.
The data is accessible and managed by William FAVIER E.I. “Armand PARIS.”
Occasionally, an external service provider may have access to it (as part of a delegation), under a confidentiality agreement.
The data will not be shared with third parties.
The personal data collected will be kept for 20 years, in order to ensure client follow-up.
The client has the right to access information concerning them upon request, this information can be communicated and, in case of error or modification, corrected or deleted
